Wierd lag in certain areas.

My toon Mittens is doing the desert area and she is about level 9. Whenever she gets near Forward Observer Hooper or Corporal Biehn, or anywhere near the ground in that area she lags really bad until I hit my flight power and fly straight up. Once I get away it goes back to normal. Everytime I try to go back there I get the same wierd lag. I have tried logging out and even a few hours later it is still the same.
