Character creation bugged when using larger interface

Like the title says i just realized that i couldn't change belt or back items when trying to make a new character and it took me ages to realize it was because i had set the interface scale to 1.30. You really need to set scroll bars on the chest customization area or write a warning message when changing interface size. And don't take the easy way and just cap interface size. Cant believe this wasn't caught in beta
