Cape Customization BROKEN!!

The customization for having a cape on your character is completely broken.
Before the maintainence, I have a character that has a Cape Brooch V style cape that has a gradient of color between my two base costume colors.
Now, when I create a new character and try to re-create the same cape, no matter what style you pick, the style never changes.. also when you want to pick a new color for the cape, that never changes either.
Even the "gradient" option no longer shows in the character creator.
Please fix!
