I still have my Open Beta mailbox

A friend mailed me some items and when I opened my mailbox, I still have mail from open beta and the items he sent me are not there. So not only can I not receive mail, but the items he sent me are lost in limbo.

My mailbox is still like this. I've sent a GM request in game, but I'm never online long enough for them to respond to me.
