OK... did that... clicked on it, drug it onto etc.

How do you interact with these things!!

    You use them as payment for certain blueprints.

    Use the arrow button to scroll over to the blueprints to the far right in the purchase menu. There in the right column you will notice blueprints that have a "cost" of a ephinany instead of a "cost" of coins. So the ephinanys let you purchase certain blueprints.
