Since there has been a ton of replies and two separate topics already created, I figured I'd jump the gun and post this comment
I got the following message [and ticket created] as of 9am this morning when I called tech support.
Greetings Champion!
The issue that you are experiencing is a known issue that has already been identified. We are still gathering as much information as possible regarding this issue for review. We hope to hear from our development team as soon as the issue has been addressed.
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for playing!

Apparently, there was a patch this morning...and well..it may have screwed with things a bit.
The DEVs ARE working on it according to tech support.
Matter of fact, this just got posted - [url]http://www.champions-online.com/node/498382[/url]
Personally, I'd prefer for them to work on that than post on here right now...
But it's the primary reason why the Server is Down.
