Zone Movie = Crash ... still

Hi Devs.
Ever single new zone movie, Desert, Canada, MC, locks the client up completely.
However the in Vault, Launch Iron Clad, mini movies do not. (Thankfully.) But Digging Out of the Vault will crash the client.
Total Lock up 100% of the time. Every time.
Can we get a fix on this? Or a way to disable the zone movies?
NVIDIA 8600 512 ram
Dell 2400 2.4 ghz
2 gig ram
Loads of disk space
I know I'm running on the low end of the hardware spectrum but I get fairly decent FPS, with things tweaked off. Also during Beta this wasn't a problem, but it started to be an issue in Head Start and Live.
