PvP Spawn Death still around

If I die in UTC and the match ends before I respawn in the locker-room chances are I will be dead when I return to Millennium City. I'm queuing right outsode the powerhouse so there's no change of dying from a villian, yet I still pop up dead and get moved to a spawn point.
