Power Replacer problem

I have found that the power replacers are really lacking in the stat department. I think either there needs be different level versions of the power replacers, a special power replacer slot. or make power replacers a power advantage.

I disagree. Power Replacers give you abilities you would not otherwise have. This makes up for the lack of stats. Those Replacers which have minimal effects, normally have better stats.

I do wish there were more level variety though. I really like the look and sound of some of the lower level ones.

I disagree, the stat sacrifice isnt even close to worth it imo. Maybe to switch in/out but even then its iffy. My current best power replacement item is a 285 arms item with +4 int/ego and an ability that does 285 damage. My main moves hit AoE for 1k+, my item instead of that power replacer gives me 50 end.
