Im not even able to download the patch

Once logged in with my account I have not been able to download the patch at all. The server is up and green on my CO screen. The Patch symbol is greyed out and I am stuck at this screen. I have waited an hour and still nothing.

What am I able to do now???

    If you havent set up your account thats probably what it is. I had the same problem til I finished the setup, then worked fine.

    My account is set up and now I am able to authenicate. Problem is now getting the patch to download. Still stays greyed out and I am not able to click it to start the dl. This sucks.
