With a big monitor, I scaled my UI up to 1.5 or so, to be able to easily read text, etc.
I found that when I talked to a tailor, I could no longer modify my back items - the chest tab only showed about 6-7 things 'editable'....back, being near the bottom of the list wasn't visible, and there was no slider bar to access the items that the scaled UI had pushed off the bottom of the list.
Changing UI scale back to 1 and re-visiting the tailor, all the options were available.
UI scale needs to be accounted for in the UI for the character editor.
