Do we really need to be bothered by these guys every 5 mins? And does that quest popup really need to close any and all other windows we have open?
You can't even browse the mission rewards for a min without having everything auto-closed because one of those obnoxious npc's shoves his stupid non-shareable quest in your face yet again.
