If your account name has a special character, specifically @ in this case, there is a problem.
If you start the game, the login box lets you type your name along with the @ symbol. If you Log Out of your character you are confronted with a login box that will not allow you to type in the @ symbol. You must exit the game and re launch it to log in again.
