Quickslot Issues

For some reason my powers cannot be activated from my keyboard anymore.
I can still activate the power by clicking on the icon but when I press the number keys nothing happens.
I checked the key bindings and they are still bound to the number keys.
It seems to have happened after I purchased flight. It worked flawlessly up until that point.

The other thing I noticed is when I change a key binding it now places an Alt or Tab in front of the key I'm trying to bind.

Im using a Logitech G-15 which is a hard wired keyboard. That rules out wireless interference.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    A friend of mine had a problem where his keys stopped working and for him, it was simple as just turning off (or maybe on) the NUMLOCK key. His regular number hotkeys (the keys on the main keyboard, NOT the number pad) would not work unless the NUMLOCK was in a specific state.
