Steam purchase: 2 special damage effects

"Get Steampunk, the in-game action figure and 2 Special Damage Effects, only available when you purchase through Steam!"

What are the 2 Special Damage Effects? I received the in game action figure, but can't figure out what the "2 Special Damage Effects" are? Are these just visual effects? If so, what are they associated with? Or are they actual damaging abilities? If this is the case, where to I find them?

    in the irc chat someone told me this

    <kibakichi> go to the top of your map
    <kibakichi> and look at the Champions Logo C
    <kibakichi> click it and go to C Store
    <kibakichi> then go to unlocked specials
    <kibakichi> see if its there
    <kibakichi> and if it is a custome look for the custome it will have a different color
    <kibakichi> also if it is a custome you will see a box like when you start to unlock things in-game you can check it there.

    The "damage effects" are two passive devices which when dropped into a device slot give you a small energy defense bonus and chance to proc a AoE dmg effect at low health/energy. they also make your arms glow a lot.

    I don't have the game open but I believe they are called:
    Prototype Orbital Howitzer and Voltaic Potential

    They are indeed located in the C-Store, found as as Fire2257 noted.

    It's an interesting effect, when you wear both it's effectively doubled. It's just unfortunate, given the level of normal power customization, that you don't seem to have any control over the color at all. The yellowish-white aura sort of throws off my whole motif.

    Hi there,
    I found out how to get my powers, but I haven´t got my action figure. How did you guys get it? It is not in my bag so I guess I somehow have to activate it, but how? Any Ideas?

    It should be in your action figure list already.

    Hit C to go to your character stats window, and there should be a tab up top for action figures. I found mine waiting there for me.

    Thank you, ragingdoofus, I didn´t know that there is an "action figures"- tab^^
    I also have a "special edition action figure: mini-mega destroid".
    But Steampunk is so cool^^
