Have not received my "Damage Resistance item" Best Buy

I entered my retail box code from Best Buy this morning/afternoon. I have a few proublems getting it to be accepted (have to not select a check box and hit the cancel button on the billing page) however I was able to get my 400 CP and my Grond pet.
However, I have yet to receive my "Damage Resistance item" that I am suposed to be getting. I have checked the unlocks section of the C Store but it has not shown up.
I have no idea what this "Damage Resistance item" is but I do know I have not gotten it yet.
Has anyone who got their game from Best Buy received it?
