A serious and game-breaking bug (for affected players) has manifested in the retail.
I played beta and HS, but when I logged in with Retail I noticed some of my toons sorcery powers had vanished. At the Power House I was offered a full respec by the powers that be, and took it, figuring that would be the best way of fixing it. As to be expected I picked a couple new powers (not even a base focus, just a couple powers to test out) and then tried to re-spec. Thats when I got slammed with this:
You cannot undo any power purchases you have made
Those 5 little powers -- and nothing else! -- that I picked to test out are now permanent! No list of powers I had chosen, no option to undo the last, just a message letting me know that the 5 I had selected to test out were now permanent.
I realize that this is the first day of retail and you all must have a lot to iron out, but you have a growing consumer base unable to play the game at all until this is resolved. Thank you for your consideration.
