Unable to accept End-User License Agreement (EULA)

I've read pages 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the user manual over and over again but I'm unable to accept the end-user license agreement at the bottom of page 8. I've tried pressing firmly against the page but both "I accept" and "I do not accept" are completely unresponsive.
