Lost starting powers?

I just logged in and went to attack some guys... at which point I realize I was missing both Eldritch Bolts and Eldritch Blast and have to repurchase them. Is this a bug or did I miss something.

    Mine are missing, too. Decided to check boards before visiting powerhouse. Will head that way.
