Hi, I was just finished activating my Champions Online account, but when I tried to activate my wife's account it just tells me "Your credit card was declined.". Can't we use the same billing information for multiple accounts or is this some problem with my credit card? If It's not possible then I guess i'll just pick a refund.
Now if I go to "My Account" after trying to activate this account, the billing information correctly appears in "Payment Methods", but there are no subscriptions active, and if I try to edit the displaying payment method and save the changes, i get a message saying that I have not selected a subscription, but theres nowhere to select a subscription but from the enter key section, which asks me for all the billing info again... and thus ends up in denying my credit card once more... although it DID WORK for the other account.
