Instance random resets

This is a weird bug i am having and it seems to happen fairly frequently when i am in an instanced mission from the crime computer. Everything will be going fine until i try to pick up something heavy (i have a melee str based character) and its mostly cars and as soon as i do the whole instance reloads and puts me back at the beginning but WITH the vehicle in hand and nothing actual reset. Its mostly just anoying cause then i have to run back its just really weird.
