Amazon Pre-Order

I pre-ordered the game from Amazon. I am unable to log in. I receive the error "no shards found. You have a ticket with 1 permission pairs, but no shards were found".

I was under the impression that my open beta code would allow me access to the live game for 6(?) days until my retail code arrives. Is this not the case? Thanks for any help!

    Well, fortunately... Amazon.com seems to be quick about delivering the retail CO DVDs. I preordered mine and have already received it. Of course, I used the 1 day shipping option :P .

    I had continuous access to the servers beginning 3 days prior to retail release, but I had a closed beta key so I don't know if it applied to open beta keys.
