Images don't show in launcher

I've tried looking up on the web what it could be, but found nothing.
Any game launcher on my computer will not show images, champions included.

I took a screen to show what I'm talking about. Right now I'm running on Vista 64bit, I've tried running it as administrator too and still nothing.

Its not impeding my gameplay or stopping me from logging in, but its just freakin annoying because I don't see my patch load progress and stuff.

I would suspect you have some sort of pop-up or ad blocker installed that is catching those, as it looks almost exactly how my mail comes in when it ask me "do you want to allow images in this email"

Please check your firewall, Proxy, or ad-image blocking software and see if you don't find it to be the gremlin in the works.
