    Did you activated your best buy retail key. It will then be in your character action figure tab next time you log in,

    Check your account to see if the key was aplied. If you decided not to take a subscription choice but took no thanks then the key was not applied.

    so ur telling me i HAVE to buy a subscription or i dont get the grond pet i was PROMISED with the preorder? somehow something doesnt sound right here.

    When I got to this screen when entering my Best Buy retail code it said at the top I already had the 6-month discounted subscription (which I do have). I was under the assumption I would not have to sign up for a recurring subscription till that 6-months were over with.

    Because your active account is not created yet. and the 6 month is pending key.

    You have to select a billing option for recurring billing or select the cancel button. selecting cancel will active the game with just the 30 day you get from the key.

    What about the damage resist item? What happened to it?!!!!!!!!! I didn't get one...and its not in the C-store.

    Never mind. I got it to go through.

    Edit again.
    I got my Grond and my CP but not the "Damage Resistance item".

    Yep, I don't have a damage resistance item either (but do have Grond Pet). Cryptic, any word on getting those?
