Game gave me the wrong power

I went to buy Regeneration, and it gave me Devour Essence instead. Great.

    as long as you haven't left the powerhouse you can respec out of it.

    No, I can't. I don't have the money for that. I know I am supposed to be able to respec for free if I haven't left the powerhouse. I assume it's part of the fact that I was given a full respec due to being a sorcery character, but I don't get to respec those powers for free. I'm afraid to even use this character now because I'm afraid I'll be permanently stuck with it even if they fix the respec costs, just because I might level up a few times.
