server down at path screen

I can log in, but nothing happens at the patch screen and it always says that the server is down, can't even get into the game. Was able to play during open beta, but now I can't get in. Anyone else having similar difficulties?

    So I seem to be having that same problem....

    Had been in open beta so I just started the launcher in hopes that it would simply patch up the game. Wasn't connecting so I uninstalled the OB and installed from the retail disc.
    The launcher loads fine but it is still telling me that the server is down, even though on the CO website it says that the server is up. I'm not able to get past the launcher because is it is unable to patch the game.
    It's unlikely but I'm wondering if it's possible that it's a problem with Windows 7 RC. I get the message telling me that windows 7 isn't officially supported, but I was able to run OB without any problems at all.
