I can't play and i have retail key!

Hello so few minutes ago i entered my retail key from D2D and then there was "Add Subscription"page but there was too a guy with bubble and in bubble he was saying"You are subscribed to:Champions online blah blah 30 free days" So i clicked on cancel and the client is saying that No shard found blah blah. Please help! :( By the way i have open beta client.
