Bugged Rank Ups

The following powers have bugged rank ups, in which they have no increase in any statistics when ranking them to Rank 2 or 3. These bugs have been around since start of OB.
So far:
Assault Rifle (Also has a bugged Advanced Description, in which it lists two damages. The latter damage does not even register)
Frag Grenade
Anyone else found some? So far I've seen these two. I've already made a bug report, but that doesn't seem to make it faster in fixing it. Quite annoying.
