Cape Bug Still Not Fixed? Really?

Okay, look, I know you guys are busy and cape color is probably item # 9,999 on a 10,000 item list.
But it worked fine all through closed beta. Then, when open beta started, all of a sudden the inside of your cape couldn't be a different color than the outside of your cape. A small thing? Sure...but it's fairly integral to the look of my main character.
I had hoped this would be fixed by launch day but it's still not.
Not the biggest deal in the grand scheme of things but it would be nice if it could be taken care of. Thanks.
(Oh...and while we're at it...could you make it so that when your character puts on an eye plate the eye can still glow? Right now you can't have glowing eyes AND an eye plate. I've been bug reporting this since closed beta to no avail. Another small thing but, for a game that prides itself on allowing you to create virtually any kind of character you envision...right now I can't.)
