nVidia Control Panel Difficulties

I've tried reinstalling my drivers. (Ran guru3d in safemode). I've tried Rolling back to an earlier driver version. I've tried making adjustments on the global settings and specifically for both the champions.exe and the client.exe. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get nVidia Control Panel to apply the changes to champions that I make. Such as: AA override application settings. AF override application settings.
If anyone has an ideas, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.
