No powers to purchase in powerhouse

I just made a sorcerer, it's level 7 and I just finished the tutorial. First thing I did was run to the powerhouse. I bought my travel power, characteristic, etc. Once I went purchase new powers, there were none at all. It's not even that they were unavailable, I literally could not see any powers there at all. I went through the other class powers such as electric and darkness and all that and they all had powers for sale, but the sorcerer did not.
I relaunched my game. Nothing.
I ran around and did some missions, came back in about thirty minutes. Nothing.

Why is it doing this?
