Doomsday Clock Mission is bugged

This mission is bugged, the "boss" mob drops the deactivation codes, but the bomb won't reset. It is happening across multiple servers/instances/shards. Kind of a game breaker for new characters since you can't progress past that zone until you finish that mission chain.
