"Hot Stuff" perk bugged?

Is the perk "Hot Stuff" (dealing 1,000,000 fire damage) bugged? I don't see any progress at all for this perk, and my character is fire-based.

    I reported the tracker not working in open beta, however during the end of beta event, my fire toon did get the perk. So it works it just doesnt show the progress like the other dmg perks. Hope they fix the tracker on it soon though.

    Thanks for the reply. I can confirm that it is indeed only the progress indicator that is bugged. My character just got the perk at level 18.
