Unattackable mobs

In North East Canada near the burial cave there are level 30ish zombies that you cannot attack but they can attack you. It's not the usual zombies getting back up from the dead thing, damage doesn't register on them at all. the auto ice cages and chill from being attacked whilst in ice form works on them, but no matter what i've tried manually doing anything does nothing.

I don't recall them being like this in open beta.
