More loading screens problems

So was able to play for awhile this morning and since logging out for awhile I cant get past the loading screen after choosing a character. It sits at about 90% and wont move past that. Even left it for 10 minutes and nothing. Occasionally get the server not responding message up the top though not often. And no probs with my net, all is fine there. Nothing has changed as far as programs installed or anything. Just logged out of the game for awhile.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Oh and have tried resetting my net and restarting the computer. Nothing
