server down account or beta key not working?

it says that the server is down and you have 1 ticket but no shards can be found...

but the server status is up on the website, i used the beta key to get access to champions... and it says i have no charaters when i previously played using shadowlore and dimentium i also used these charaters when the game was open to everyone and had no problems and it also says that i have no products, when i try to use the beta key i was given a while ago it says its already in use :S

.....does this mean everyone that used beta keys to play have been locked out??

because it was running fine up till a week ago maybe a while before that it just says the server is down all the time... can anyone unconfuse me on this please?

beta is over to play in the head start u had to pre order from gamestop or bestbuy in the usa

game goes lives tomorrow and will require a retail key to play again

and yes your characters have been wiped and u must start from nothing
