game wont start

i installed champions online on my comp played it once and it will not start up again. When i start the game its up under processes in my task manager but wont start the launcher process. Im running windows xp, duel core 2.33. and my graphix card is NVIDA GEforce 8800 gt. Anyone know how the game would launch up once and never again?
