Switching Professions?

Say I have leveled up my Arms to 100/200.

If I switch to Science, do I keep my level or do I have to start from 0/100 again?

    Unless they've changed it recently, you drop to 0, even if you only changed specializations within the same category.

    how do i train up when im level 100

    Click Store on a crafting master and buy the +100 training item.
