Launcher Update - Can't Authenticate

My game crashed a couple of hours ago and i can't get back in. When i launch the game i get stuck on the Cryptic Launcher Update, every so often it gets through that to the login screen but then i'm 'unable to authenticate'.
This has happened before but always fixed itself fairly quickly.

Anybody else have this problem at the moment?

    Seem to having the same problem. Not sure why...never had it before.

    now i'm stuck on the login screen at 'Attempting to connect to controller tracker...'

    help please, i just got to Monster Island too :(

    I get this all the time.... when I finally get in it makes me scared to log back out. I'll give Cryptic a month of payed subscription or so to iron it out but if it ain't fixed by that point, despite the fact this game is amazing and I love it to gooey pieces aside from the screw-up here and there, I don't think I'll have the patience to fight tooth and nail to get in every time I wanna play.

    I fixed this issue, not sure if it will work for others or if it will work every time but this is what i did:

    I went into the 'Live' folder in the game directory and opened up the GameLauncher.exe (i think that's what it was called). This then loaded the game without the launcher update, i entered my user name and password in game. This didn't log the game in, i got stuck on 'Connecting to server'. However, i then closed it and ran the usual exe and it worked straight away with no problems.

    I was logged in yesterday with no issues. Today my launcher shortcut will not work at all. I click on it and it does nothing. If I run as by right clicking it launches but crashes before it can log in. Same computer as yesterday new issue. This happened a couple of times during beta and I had to run the download manager to fix it again.
