Quest Tracker: Add/Remove Quests

Currently I cannot figure out a way to add or remove quests from the quest tracker. Also, sometimes the option to "make primary" is not available at all.

Could you please add a feature to let us manually add or remove quests from the tracker? It's my biggest little mini nag right now.

    Ill give this one a bump.

    Currently when you update a quest objective by looting an item or killing something that quest moves to the top of the quest list.

    There really should be a way to manually manage these quests. Maybe give us an option in the options menu between how it behaves now and an alternate system where we have toggle something in our mission log for that particular quest to show on the desktop.
