No Cancel Option for Leaving PvP Arena

I forget what the cage match arena is called but yesterday I wasn't paying attention and clicked on the exit door. It brought up the instance selection screen but there was no cancel option.
I tried hitting esc and anything else I could think of but ultimately I had to abandon my teammates.
Can we please get a cancel option on that dialog box to make accidentally leaving a little more idiot proof?
