second day in a row unable to log in

for the record this is post number 2 with no response.

This is now the second day in a row that I cannot log in. I simply get the error "you are not allowed to log in to the server at this time".

I used a prepaid gaming card.

    same here but i can login it just goes to retrieveing list of characters and wont load anymore..
    i had you problem yesterday but quickly closed the launcher and it was gone when i reopened...sorry im not sure how to fix it try and register your key again

    Did you try send mail to the customer? Do your account info show that you can log in? And did you get a pre-order with early start?
