Is wrist bolters broken? Everytime I use it in the powerhouse it doesn't charge up my energy like it should. Also I have the automated assault advantage on it. Again it doesn't have a toggle feature when used int he powerhouse, it also allows me to use other hand slot powers even tho its considered a handslot when other powers are used. I'd try it outside but cost of respec is too high haha
