Wtf? Why am I getting that message when I try to log in? Why am I not allowed to log in? seriously now come on.... Anyone else having the same problem?

    i had that problem yesterday but it quickly went away when i closed the launcher
    i got all the way up to retrieving character list and it stops so i dont think your missing much

    Have you inserted your pre-order key and started your account? Please note that the pre-order key isn't the same as the beta key.

    I understand that some establishments that sold the pre-order didn't include the headstart, so if you're one of them then that'd explain why you can't log in. Official start is 9-1-09. Also, European customers start later, like on the 4th I believe.

    I'm pretty sure it was the pre-order key because when I entered it in the pre-order page it accepted my code and it stopped saying no shards found when i started up the launcher. It also patched for me fine... =(

    Not all pre-orders are allow in te headstart. Like walmart, amazon US, Direct2Drive pre-orders do not give headstart access only open beta.
