No shards found issue!

For the last week I've been unable to log in. I get to the login screen where I type my account name and password, then I hit enter/submit and get to the patcher, where I then get the following message:

No shards found: You have a ticket with 1 permission pairs, but no shards were found

I have uninstalled, re-installed and even deleted and reinstalled the game, but it still comes out with the same error and has done so for a week. I have pre-ordered the game and with actual launch moving closer, I'm getting worried if I'll ever get to play the game or if I'll be forced to just throw out the money for buying the game. If anyone has had this issue before and found a way to solve it, I would be very happy.

    Same here. I've only had this problem since the head start started.

    Same here. This issue has been here since closed beta. I hope it gets fixed soon.

    I believe that means you are not in the head start program, and can only play when the game goes live on 9/01. I'm not in head start, and that is the same message I get. If you KNOW you're supposed to be in head start and you're still getting that message, submit a ticket.
