1. The Flamer doesn't seem to spawn in the prison escape public quest. The quest has been stuck with every objective complete except Flamer for 2 days now, and I spent an hour trying to find him with no luck.
2. The public quest where you defend the mayor is bugged. I sat and listened to his speech for an hour and no enemies attacked. It said "wait for his speech to begin" but he was standing there speaking in an infinite loop with nothing happening.
