    minor/major buffs

basically you will find in your crafting two types of enhancements (the stuff that goes in 7,8,9).

Normal text is stuff that is like dropped items, they are what they are and thats it.

Italics text items allow a bit more flexibility. I am science so i'll use that as an example.
If i make an enhancement that is in italics i will be given a slider and two windows (Minor and Major, only minor if its a secondary). The slider influences how rare it will be (common, uncommon, rare, etc).
So, lets say i make a Primary Offense item. I slide the quality all the way to the right for best quality and choose a minor of "Shielded" and a major of "Mutated". This influences the stats and such. So with one blueprint i can make an item that gives pure stat bonuses, or knockback resist, or energy recovery, bonus hp%, etc or a mix of them based on which Minor and Major i choose and the quality. This also changes the mat req's.... more rare quality being more costly.

as for altering existing gear... dont think you can unless you want to include the ability to break something down and use those mats to make or remake an item (assuming you have the BP)
