Stuck at the connection to server/character/login screen

2 days now and im stuck on the login screen. It either says Connecting To Login Server, or So and So and I can't even acess my chractaers. Its like being on WoW and getting stuck on the "Connecting" process of logging in for example. Any advice? Pst or reply plz.
