Destroyer Defeated Item

I completed the mission by Silverback "Search and Destroy" upon completing the mission and returning to the contact, I received a item called "Destroyer Defeated" it was a Black box with a red question mark with a gold trim outline. It was in my inventory and when I right clicked on it, the item disappeared and no where to be found.

All I want to know is what happened and what this item was for, because I can't seem to find what happened.

    Cheak your Action Figures that sounds like the Icon they use you might have a new one.

    i did something similar with the Menton quest in the desert... still dont know what that did, and i didnt get a new action figure (even after restarting).

    I saw the Menton one as a reward. I decided not to take it since I saw this thread.

    Yeah, I tried logging out of the game and closing the client down and restarting, and still nothing. Not sure what happened to my item.

    COuld a redname pop a reply if possible? Pretty please :)

    That might be one of the items that got removed at the end of CB iirc, they had a question mark and disappeared when clicked, but there shouldn't be any left in game.

    im looking at it right now, dont know if it does something and i should pick it or the thing that spawns dr destroyer
