Bug: Summon Nightmare (telepathy)

Larval horror nightmare do not attack.
Pet description: large unmoving worm sprouts out of the ground. Uncontrolled pet.

Not sure what the issue is, shouldn't be pathing since it is immobile.
Isn't range since summoning a second Larval Horror, the second will sometimes attack (or the thrid or fourth, eventually one will start attacking), and once it's foe is dead the original will start attacking, so it is not a range issue it is an AI issue.

NOTE: the mobile versions (upgrades) of this power appear to work correctly (eather hound and next upgrade)

    the worm used to attack properly, now he pops out and just stands there. :( I can confirm this is now an issue.

    Level 2 version works fine (quite nicely, actually :D)
